If you require emergency support which necessitates your admittance to hospital, you must contact our assistance partner, Eurocentre, as soon as possible.

They can be contacted on phone or email. Eurocentre are able to provide advice, and suggest which hospital might be most appropriate for you to visit.

As part of your guard.me policy, Eurocentre are able to provide medical GP support to you for free, in multiple languages.

In order to avail of this, please contact Eurocentre by Phone

White Horse Insurance DAC are the insurer for your policy. In the event of a claim, you must notify White Horse Insurance as soon as possible from when you become aware that you need to make a claim.

You can complete a claims form and submit this to White Horse via Email.

You can access your documents in two ways:

  1. You can contact your school / agency (where you purchased your insurance) and they possess a copy of all of your insurance documents.
  2. Alternatively, you can login to your account. In order to login, you will need the email address that was provided to us at the time your insurance was booked. To login to your account, please click here.

If you experience any problems logging in, your school or agent will be able to support you in accessing your documents.
